Edwardian Single Pedestal Dressing Table designs are generous in proportions and capture the essence of an era when traditional cabinet making techniques were first enhanced by machines to give clean lines and elegant mouldings. The use of mirrored glass and beautifully moulded cornice enhances the imposing nature of these designs. Front frameworks are constructed using traditional cabinet makers methods to ensure an authentic Edwardian style. Solid pine panels in 17mm thicknesses are used in the construction of the cabinets. Drawers are made using traditional doweled joints with 15mm solid pine sides and backs. Wardrobes are fitted with raised and fielded panel doors utilising 12mm & 17mm solid pine and traditional mortice & tennon joints. Plywood used for drawer bases and backs is made from pine to a thickness of 4mm. Mirrors are plastic back coated for your safety.
